Educational Qualification [கல்வித்தகுதி]
1. Chief Operating Officer – Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in management / business administration / tourism from an accredited and reputed institute / University. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience functioning at a senior position in Government service or in corporate sector / consultancy firms. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior executive position (first level or second level) in a Tourism / Ecotourism / Hotel Management related organisation. Candidates with track record and prior work experience in implementation and operation of tourism developments preferred. Effective Communication, Liaison and Decision-making skills are crucial to the job. |
2. Company Secretary – Educational Qualification: CS (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India) Experience: 5 years’ experience in Company Secretarial & legal functions in Government service / Consultancy firms. Should be conversant in Corporate laws, Securities laws & Capital market and Corporate Governance. |
3. Finance Officer – Educational Qualification: CA / CWA Experience: 10 years in management of financial services in leading corporates / firms. Solid knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles, ability to use financial tools and software, and strong analytical ability vital. |
4. Administrative Officer – Educational Qualification: MBA / PG Diploma in Management from recognized institutes. Experience: 5 years’ experience in Government/ leading corporates / firms as Administrative Officer or similar roles handling administrative tasks. Proficiency in office procedures and computer applications, multitasking ability along with excellent organisational and communications skills are pre-requisite. |
5. Associate (Technical) – Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality / Ecotourism / Hotel Management and Catering Science. Experience: 5 years in planning and execution of hospitality infrastructures / commercial projects and operation of hotel management |
6. Associate (Finance) – Educational Qualification: Degree in Finance / BBA. Experience: 5 years in relevant field. |
